Coffee Traders International is a family owned and operated roasterie located in the Heart of Northwestern Wisconsin. We are dedicated to the art & craft of roasting coffee and to the customers we serve!

What makes Coffee Traders International Coffee taste so good?

We begin with green Arabica coffee beans selected from around the world, carefully graded so that only the highest quality beans make it to our roaster. Roasting transforms green coffee into aromatic and flavorful brown beans. We don’t have a one-size-fits-all attitude. When new crops of fresh beans arrive, we experiments with different roasting times and temperatures to determine the ideal roasting profile that unlocks the peak flavor of all the coffees we offer.

The other impact on flavor is freshness. We roast our beans on order and are able to prevent them from sitting in a warehouse or grocery store shelf. Our coffee is packaged in bags with a specially designed valve which allows the unwanted carbon-dioxide that is naturally released by the coffee beans to escape, but prevents outside air from getting in. Therefore you are assured of the freshest coffee for your enjoyment in the comfort of your own home or business.
